Identification must be presented together with your ticket.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.
Marquee Singapore reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund.
Ticket holders are advised to arrive before 11:30pm night of the event.

There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
Dress Code: Smart Casual, Stylish, Clubby. Strictly no shorts, singlets, flip flops, and sandals are allowed.
Entry and re-entry are not guaranteed once the club reaches its capacity, based on “in-and-out” counts only.
Marquee Singapore reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose:
Conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale or used for or in connection with any advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes.
If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be canceled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused entry.
Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release Marquee Singapore, their employees, and any performers from any liability whatsoever.

The availability of this package is at Marquee’s sole and absolute discretion. Redemption of the listed beverages is subject to Marquee’s stock on any particular night. Marquee reserves the right to change the list of available beverages and the price of the package.
For the avoidance of doubt, the cost of the free flow package shall be in addition to any fee for general admission to Marquee or entry fee for an event at Marquee. The package may be offered for purchase online prior to entry or purchased at the door at the time of entry. The quantity of packages offered on a particular night shall be limited to Marquee’s sole and absolute discretion.
All guests who purchase the package shall consent to Marquee affixing a wrist tag to them, which shall not be removed for the entire duration that the guests wish to enjoy the package. The package shall be revoked if a guest removes their wrist tag or otherwise tampers or attempts to tamper with it at any point of the night.
All guests who purchase the package agree to redeem and consume their beverages within a cordoned off area at Level 2 of Marquee and shall not leave the area with unconsumed free-flow beverages.
Guests who have purchased or have obtained free-flow packages may only redeem and consume beverages for themselves. Each guest may redeem only one (1) beverage at a time.
Free-flow packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once purchased.
Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Marquee Singapore reserves the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages to guests who are deemed to be intoxicated.
To the extent permitted by law, Marquee shall not be liable for and guests shall hold Marquee harmless against any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred in connection with the sale of free-flow packages.
Marquee reserves all rights in relation to the free-flow packages including but not limited to:
- The right to revise, alter or delete any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice; and
- The right to postpone, temporarily halt, or terminate the free-flow packages, or adjust the structure, type and distribution of the free-flow packages, at its sole and absolute discretion
Marquee has the right to final interpretation of these terms and conditions. Any decision made by Marquee with regard to free-flow packages shall be final and binding.
